The Visiting Scholars Program at the Center is a partnership with the University of Pennsylvania Law School that brings distinguished constitutional scholars from across the country to Philadelphia to participate in educational outreach programs and undertake research and writing projects. The program, designed to engage scholars with the general public, encourages use of the Center as a public forum, bridging the divide that sometimes separates the academy from the general community. NCC visiting scholars have participated in programs ranging from informal gallery talks to formal academic lectures and have undertaken writing projects aimed at a popular audience.
