INTERROGATION AND THE GENEVA ACCCORDS



On Sunday, March 9th, the National Constitution Center hosted an off the record conversation about the Interrogation and Geneva Accords moderated by Nina Totenberg, NPR Legal Affairs Correspondent, featuring John Yoo, Larry Thompson, former Deputy Assistant Attorney Generals in the Bush Administration, John Hutson, Dean of the Franklin Pierce Law Center and former Judge Advocate General of the Navy and Brigadier General David R. Irvine, retired Army Reserve strategic intelligence officer who taught prisoner interrogation and military law.
