JAZZ AND THE CONSTITUTION
In his writings, Stanley Crouch has drawn fascinating comparisons between Jazz and the U.S. Constitution. Peter Jennings was devoted to both. Thus, the 2007 Peter Jennings Project concluded with a lunchtime conversation with Crouch, a New York Daily News columnist and co-founder of Jazz at Lincoln Center, and a performance by renowned jazz musician, Eric Scott Reed and his jazz trio.
