Explore the Constitution and progression of political thought during this fascinating seminar that will utilize the Center’s exhibits and location in the heart of historic Philadelphia.
Small class size will allow you to engage with constitutional scholars and experts for a truly unique and interesting experience that is sure to enhance your teaching.
This workshop is led by renowned constitutional scholar and Christopher H. Browne Distinguished Professor of Political Science at the University of Pennsylvania, Dr. Rogers Smith.
You will also work with Constitution Center staff to develop strategies for integrating this new knowledge into your classroom.
For teachers of grades 9-12.
This workshop carries a stipend of $1,000 to cover hotel and other costs, as well as up to $300 for travel costs.
