Sen. Robert Byrd (D) of West Virginia has a “Constitutional Conversation” about his new book, Losing America: Confronting a Reckless and Arrogant Presidency.

Senator Byrd, who first entered Congress during the Truman presidency and has served with ten presidents since, uses legal and historical arguments to illustrate his view that the current administration has seriously endangered the Constitution, in particular the constitutional principle of separation of powers.
