President Biden has issued over two dozen executive orders in his first weeks in office, that’s a faster rate than any other president. Many of President Biden’s orders reverse executive action by former President Trump on issues from immigration to climate change. National Constitution Center President and CEO Jeffrey Rosen joins MSNBC’s Ali Velshi to break down Biden’s executive actions and how presidential power has evolved throughout our nation’s history.
